Aylesbury to London
We know the time between the ceremony and the photos is tight. There are two easy ways to get to London.
- Via Tring, like us
- We’re driving to Tring and taking the train from there to London Euston, because trains from Tring run more often. You’re welcome to do the same.
- Straight from Aylesbury
- Take the train from Aylesbury to London Marylebone and meet us at the photos when you arrive. These run about once an hour, so check the times before you set off.

What to wear
For the evening, the Club asks for smart attire. Here’s their guidance in short. In Aylesbury, wear whatever you’re comfortable in. November in London can be wet, so bring an umbrella.
- Ideal
- Suits, or a tailored jacket with smart trousers. Smart dresses, skirts, blouses or jumpsuits. Smart shoes. Ties are optional, and colour and jewellery are welcome.
- Also fine
- Chinos or cords, dark unfaded jeans, a roll neck or polo under a jacket, smart cardigans, discreet smart trainers.
- Please avoid
- Sportswear and sweatpants, faded or stonewash denim, cargo trousers, sports trainers, men’s sandals, denim or biker jackets.
At the Club
If you need a special diet, for example gluten-free, please let us know as soon as you can.
- Coats and bags
- Coats go to the ground-floor cloakroom and larger bags to reception. Small handbags are fine in the rooms.
- Photos
- Take as many of us as you like, just keep it discreet and don’t include other members or guests without asking.
